Orders are prepared according to your selection:
- Non-personalised orders are processed within 1 business day
- Personalised orders are processed within 3 business days
Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Origin
All Ten Twenty orders are dispatched from the UAE.
UAE Delivery
All orders delivered within the UAE are shipped complimentary.
Delivery is fully tracked, and you will receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
International Delivery
We ship internationally to selected destinations using trusted courier partners.
Available shipping options, delivery timelines, courier used and any applicable costs are displayed clearly at checkout.
If your destination is not visible at checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Tracking allows you to:
- Monitor delivery progress
- View estimated delivery times
- Manage delivery preferences directly with the courier
Duties & Taxes
We aim to make international delivery as straightforward as possible.
- For destinations where duties apply upon delivery, these are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient

- We do not dispatch on UAE public holidays
