Every Ten Twenty piece is designed with intention. However, if something is not quite right, we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Clean with no damages
- Returned in original packaging
- Not personalised
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order. This ensures availability and allows us to process your request without delay.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tentwentyuae.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Our team will provide return instructions and further details. Returned items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Applicable return fees will be confirmed during the return process and deducted from your refund once received.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@tentwentyuae.com with your order number and clear image(s) of the issue. We will prioritise resolving the matter promptly.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty.
